Burger Grind

This place offers specialty burgers as well as a regular burger. It's a little pricey for a meal that's basically just a burger. Everything is sold separately; burger; sides, drinks.I got the blue bomber 1/2 lb with jalapeno bun & onion rings. The burger was very tasty & quite filling. The onion rings were like homemade; fresh cut & hand battered. The only issue with the onion rings is the size. They were HUGE. One of them could've fit over a softball & was about 1.5" tall. If you leave hungry from here it'd be a miracle. I would definitely recommend this place if your hungry.

This is a great burger place. The customization options for the buns are awesome. (I tried the jalapeno cheddar bun...so so good.) You know when you're craving a good burger...this is will totally satisfy that craving. They also make shakes with Bluebell Ice Cream! I look forward to going and trying another burger. A+

Not really that great. The girl in the drive thru was rather terse as well. Might be nice to be more friendly.

Was in Monroe on business and the locals raved about the place. We ordered lunch from them and I tried the Turkey Burger....which was hardly Turkey. The jalapeno bun was good but sadly my Turkey burger was a disaster. On a positive note the onion rings were fantastic. Please try and make your Turkey burgers inhouse in the future.

Had the Texan with a side of onion rings and a drink. The burger was really good and juicy. The onion rings were huge and flavorful. Can't go wrong with fresh brewed iced tea either. The rings did have a lot of batter on them though. Definitely worth the visit.

Been here for lunch multiple times and it’s always delicious. They also go out of their way to always provide the best customer service. Hands down the best place in town for a burger.

Terrible customer service! They over charged two people and the other 2 had problems with the food...

It was sooo good. So many choices to make sure you get what you want!!! The jalapeno cheddar bread is AMAZING!!!!

Was excited to stop and try Burger Grind while driving through to Texas. Unfortunately 45min wait and we were served cold food-most guests already had food once we ordered so on the tail end of rush- not even busy. The young lady taking orders was just getting the brunt from everyone so I know she was frustrated at things that were not in her control. Poor leadership/management for not addressing the kitchen delays and expecting 1 person to manage the tables. Not planning another stop through anytime soon.

This place used to be pretty good when they first opened but now their burgers are tough and their fries are always over done. Every single time I’ve been there this year (5 or 6 times) our orders have always been wrong in some way. Don’t think I’ll be going back for a while.

If you're gonna spend $8 on a fast food burger, just go here instead. Promise your taste buds will thank you! The quality is exceptional and no worries about them making your order correctly

I wish zero stars was an option! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I went through the drive through and the lady at the window complained about having West Monroe High School Band in the dining room and told me there would be a wait. It took about 30 minutes for me to get my food and it was over priced. When I got home the order was wrong. When I called that same lady argued with me about the pricing saying it was right after admitting the menu in the drive through should have been corrected a long time ago because the prices are wrong. Then she proceeded to tell me the same people that she earlier had complained about were priority so taking care of them came first. She argued about my order being wrong and the prices even after admitting they were wrong then raised her voice at me and hung up. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

It's hard to beat a good burger joint. Most burger places nowadays try to do too much and end not doing any of it well enough. That's why places like The Burger Grind are so refreshing. You can get a damn fine burger with a variety of toppings, bun choices, and side options to pair with a milkshake or refreshing glass bottle Coke. When you do something well you don't have to do a lot.

Burger Grind sucks. Ordered an Xtreme cheeseburger with bacon and avocado. With fries. No burger Patty in sight .also no bacon. Will not be going back .

I ordered the burger with the mushrooms and Colby Jack cheese with curly fries. It was a take out order. I live less than 5 minutes from there and when I got home my burger was cold and it was rather dry. Not only was it cold but it had very few mushrooms on it. I've had some great hamburgers from here but not yesterday. Now on the bright side my curly fries were hot. I would have brought it back but I didnt feel like getting out again.

Was great when it first opened, service and food has declined since then. Not near as good now.

I really liked their hamburgers and the sides are very good too. I had my burger turned into a salad. It was very good. I would definitely go back and order the same thing.

Vintage style burger place. The service was fast and efficient even though they were getting ready to close. Lowered my rating because the burger was not the best that I have had and my fries weren't good. We would eat here again if we were in the location and hungry but it was a bit expensive for the family outing. Hubby had a more custom meal of tacos and he enjoyed his meal.

From South Mississippi and ate here last year passing through. It was great. Stopped by again and did not disappoint. Texan and the best onion rings anywhere.

I had the missing link burger with the jalapeno bun. It was absolutely fantastic. The jalapeno bun was very soft and flavorful. The meat was really good as well. Highly recommend

I ordered grub hub Sunday nite at 7pm and grub hub had no way on app to say no onions add mushrooms ect or any special instructions for order....called up restaurant and they took special instructions for NO ONIONS which ruined my order if u dont like onions... but I was cool and picked them out messy as hell and called to tell them grub hub wapp was messed up and they should check that out to be rudely confronted as they had had no grubhub orders come through...funny I just ordered and ate and paid for a screwed up grub hub order I was just advising them to check their service thru grub hub but confronted like a kid trying to get a free burger Rudley by manager ....I'm 50 yrs old and would just like my orders prepared correctly

10-29-19 lunchtime. To start off I drove past the location. It did not stand out if you don’t know what you’re looking for you will definitely drive past it. The parking lot was very large easy to get in and out and ample parking. The service was good in the location, the employees were nice and sociable. The food was good. It was consistent with a location in Monroe that I have stopped at once before. I gave that location five stars. This location will get 4 because it felt dated, dark and not as clean. I won’t go into detail but it needs a little TLC. The burger grind is better than most other gourmet burger places in the Monroe area such as Five Guys etc. A little on the pricey side but worth the money. I would return to this location.

Passing through the area, we wanted a local place and not a chain. The Burger Grind was a perfect find! Fresh, flavorful burgers, and sweet potato fries that were fried just right. Find this place!

They have a good variety of burgers and a great waitstaff. Excellent place to grab a burger if you want to avoid the Big 3 in fast food.

First and only experience, wasn't the greatest, had a hair in my burger, along with them not getting the order right, I got upcharged for a jalapeno and cheese bun, and added bacon, neither were present. They offered to replace it if I brought my order back in but, I came in town to visit family, not to waste my time giving a second chance to get a rather simple order right. Burger tasted great despite the long black hair in it, shame I couldn't eat the rest. But hey, at least they got my kids order right.

First time visit; no frills, great burger and onion rings. Plenty of seating, but back of restaurant was a little dark. A little pricey for a family, but worth it if you want to treat yourself!

We were in from out of town & just looked up burger places on google.so glad we went here.one of the best burgers I've had in a long time.you could taste the freshness in the meat.the lady at the counter really knew her stuff & was great.if we are ever back in West Monroe we will definitely go back!

Drove from down south for a soccer game. This place was the closest for me to grab a burger. It was amazing and the onion rings were as well.

Great atmosphere. Love the onion rings! Many burgers to choose from. Clean and pretty fast service and always hot food!

Burger grind 9 out of 10 times has been excellent however today with a order of $39.94 for 2 burgers and 2 sides. Sides were awesome the burgers were dry as a scoop of sand. Thanks for two terrible hamburgers.

I AM STUFFED! We wanted to go somewhere different and try somewhere new....took a chance on google, saw this place, tried it, and loved it! My kids are picky eaters and they had a variety for them. Their menu was very easy to customize and add on to. Food came out very fresh and quick, which is a plus with an 8 and a 5 year old! Loaded sweet potato fries were to die for and we all loved the homemade chips! We will be back!

Best hamburger ever with one problem: burger was cooked way past medium well. Completely dry in the middle of the patty, a big 1/2 pounder. You can cook big (and even smaller) burgers to an edible mid-well if you watch your temps. I'm sure a place known for their hamburgers use a meat thermometer, right? But someone's not paying attention...

No complaints here.. The 1lb bacon cheeseburger was very good, as well as the fries.. The young lady who took our order was very friendly and welcoming.. Enjoyed our conversation with her.. If in the area, stop by, you won't be disappointed...

Food is cooked fresh to order and served hot. I have never had a dry burger! This is one of only 2 places I order a burger and have to cut it in half so I can lean over the basket to catch the juices! You can tell they grind the meat in-house and make your patty at the time you order it. Which leads me to my only semi complaint, it takes a little while to get your order but well worth the wait! That's why I give it 4 stars instead if 5.Onion rings are cut and battered inhouse. What can I say about the onion rings, except they are huge and crispy.

As long as you don't mind greasy food it's very good, the burger and fries were tasty, would eat again

Food came out in a timely manner. We ordered 2 burger combos and Chicken tenders off kids menu. Chicken tenders obviously store bought like from the frozen aisle. Burgers were ok. Staff was pleasant.

Great burgers. Freshly made to order. Get the milkshake, you won't regret it.

Usually good just depends on who's cooking it's like yesterday it was burned in the fries were soggy. Two weeks ago it was awesome. So it's 50-50 chance

Very good burgers. I got the missing link. It was good, but it was little messy to eat. My wife got the breakfast burger. She got the 1/4 burger, and I got the 1/2 pound. Burgers were well cooked with a good flavor. Would definitely come back though I'd probably try something else.
